Cannizzo Construction and Development, LLC was founded in 2010 by Owner/President Dave Cannizzo bringing almost 40 years experience to the construction industry. Dave has provided commercial and residential construction management services for Charlotte, NC based construction and development firms since 1998 which included projects to 31 stories in height, up to 700,000 SF, and up to 85M dollars in contract value. Project types include educational facilities, healthcare facilities, senior living facilities, condominiums, retail, mixed use, and single family residences. Dave believes strongly in customer service, teamwork, quality, and safety.
